Dear Friends and Trustees of Palmhouse Foundation,
Hello, My name is Kogo Kiptoo Victor and I am a beneficiary of Palmhouse Foundation who cleared form Maseno School in 2011.
I scored an A of 83 points and was subsequently admitted to a program called KenSAP that aims to place bright but needy students from disadvantaged backgrounds at elite American Universities. I was in the program for three months and I applied to a number of American Universities namely; Harvard, Yale, Dartmouth, Kenyon, Carleton, Bowdoin and Colgate, I was admitted to all the universities except Carleton and I am so happy. In addition, I would like to thank Palmhouse and most specifically Margaret and Erick Munene for their unerring support and advice. I would never have imagined that one day, I would be contemplating the opportunity to join the best University in the world but that dream is becoming a reality thanks to you people and God, you have enabled me dream big and I am never looking back because you have made everything possible.
Palmhouse programs such as the termly mentoring has so much transformed and shaped my character, personality and most importantly my principles. Palmhouse has molded me and defined me into the man I am today. I really do look forward to attending the upcoming mentoring in April and I am eternally grateful, once again, to the entire Palmhouse foundation.
I am forwarding a few of the emails from the colleges that admitted me to you and I look forward to seeing you all on April 12th and 13th.
Sincere regards,
Victor Kogo.
